Hotel Rooms in Old San Juan

Our 22 hotel rooms in Old San Juan are delightfully unique and expressive, much like the Inn itself. They offer a feeling of Puerto Rican history and charm paired with convenient amenities, appointed with striking sculptures and paintings created by our hostess, Jan D’Esopo.

All our San Juan hotel rooms are furnished with pressure relieving Tempur-Pedic Swedish design mattresses and pillows to ensure the utmost of comfort in your stay. Most rooms offer views of either the ocean, city or gardens as well as balconies and terraces. As we encourage you to explore and connect with the beauty of your surroundings, there are no TVs in our rooms.

We offer a range of room types for every type of traveler, from the student to the family and everything in between. As we are housed in historic buildings almost 500 years old, each room is different. Our associates are available to assist with any questions you may have. Artist Student Rooms

Our Artists rooms are ideal for students or solo travelers, roughly 120 – 150 sq. ft. in size, with either one full-sized bed or one queen bed. Located on the interior of the inn, our rooms offer interior views or possibly no window at all, allowing for a complete sense of disconnection and tranquility. It is the perfect space for someone looking for somewhere to sleep between outings into Old San Juan. Maximum occupants = 2.

Colonial Rooms

Experience more space and amenities in our Colonial hotel rooms. Outfitted with one full-sized bed or one queen and one single bed, each room offers a view of either our beautiful gardens, the vibrant city, or partial ocean. Most rooms include a balcony. Maximum occupants = 3.

Vista Rooms

Our most popular room type! Our Vista rooms each provide a balcony or an expanded terrace with a garden and chairs for peaceful relaxation, overlooking either the sparkling Atlantic Ocean (full and partial views available) or the Old City. They are furnished with either one king or one queen-sized bed. Maximum occupants = 2.

Family Suite

There is room for the entire family in our Family Suite. This suite includes one queen-sized bed, one full bed and one single bed, bringing everyone together in one space. Our Family Suite also comes with a private balcony, overlooking one of our beautiful gardens plus a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean. Rates are based on double occupancy. Maximum occupants = 5 (at least 2 adults, children must be 10 years and above).

Top Suites

The best suites in the house! Our Top Suites provide the perfect space to relax, with a beautifully adorned bedroom with either one queen or one king-sized bed, a separate parlor space, a large private garden or terrace or balcony, and either full views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean or a partial view of the lively Old City. Our Top Suites truly are the tops! Maximum occupants = 3.

Piano Suite

Our most unique suite yet! This adults-only suite provides one kind-bed with a view of the Old City and includes a Steinway Piano. This unique and charming suite is the perfect place for a couple’s rendez-vous. Maximum occupants = 2 (must be 21 years or older).
