  • Where is The Gallery Inn located?
    We are located at 204 Calle Norzagaray in Old San Juan. We are a block or two away from several historic and cultural icons, such as the Museum of Art & History and La Perla, and a short walk to the beach and some of Old San Juan’s best bars & restaurants.
  • Is a deposit required?
    The first night of your stay is charged as deposit at the time of your reservation. The remaining balance is charged the day of your arrival. Cancel the reservation 6 days prior to arrival to be refunded your deposit.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We currently have a 6-day cancellation policy. The first night of your stay is charged as deposit at the time of your reservation. If you cancel 6 days prior to your arrival, we will refund your deposit. If you cancel 5 days prior to your arrival, you will forfeit your deposit but we will not charge you for the remaining amount. Please check the cancellation policy related to the rate you purchase as it may differ.
  • What time can you check-in?
    Check-in starts at 3:00pm and is available until 10:00pm.
  • What time is check-out?
    Check-out is at 12:00pm. We can offer late check-out depending on availability. Please inquire at the front desk upon arrival.
  • Does the hotel have an airport shuttle?
    Unfortunately, we do not have an airport shuttle. We recommend using Uber to reach our Inn from the airport.
  • Does The Gallery Inn offer parking?
    We have four parking spots available in front of our hotel at a fee of $40 per night. They are on a first come, first serve basis, and unable to be reserved. The parking spots are for small and medium sized cars. There are several parking garages available within a few blocks. Only residents of Old San Juan may park on the street without receiving a $250 penalty from the city.
  • Do you allow service animals?
    Yes, we allow service dogs under 10 lbs.
  • Does the hotel have a pool?
    Yes, we have one outdoor pool located near our rooftop.
  • Does the hotel have a restaurant or bar?
    Yes, our Studio Bar serves food and has a full bar. Guests are welcome to take their drinks to Nico’s Rooftop Bar on our rooftop, to our many terraces, and by our pool.
